My families were some of the very first settlers in Maine so I am a proud Mainer from way back. (We avoid the term ‘Mainiac’ for obvious reasons.) My father was in the U.S. Air Force so I spent my early years in several different states but Maine has always been home for the family– on both sides. I have an interest in the paranormal, politics, gardening, and history from a military standpoint. In matters of religion I follow the Old Ways and am in the process of reconfiguring a non-Christian website about same. I don’t go out in the forest and dance around naked or sacrifice animals to strange gods, just in case any of you readers have that notion about other religions. I advocate consideration for others, a healthy sense of modesty about sex, and a general concern for Mother Earth. What is bad for her is bad for all of us, so think green everyone, celebrate life with your loved ones, and be good to each other– whatever religion you favor.
