Being Thankful
November 25, 2016 by Alieff Farwell
We are entering the season of celebration. I have always felt the Christmas holidays begin (appropriately) with Thanksgiving. What were you thankful for today?
I am truly, humbly thankful that we do not have Hilary Clinton for a president. I am truly thankful we did not disappear in a nuclear holocaust, were not crushed wholesale under a fallen sky, or subjected to the disappearance of all our money at once when Hilary was politically defeated. After listening to the doomsday howling’s of the liberal media, I expected at least one of these catastrophes, so I am grateful the media was wrong. We are still alive even without Hilary. I am even beginning to hope we will prosper a little bit. Is that possible do you think?
I am thankful that Obama is gone. I have real hopes our military leaders will recover from his attempts at psychological castration. We need men with the will to fight, testosterone is a useful and healthy element in our society. It has protected us from many threats and I for one, as a female and an American, am not afraid of men who have a little in their blood stream. Mother nature herself provided the male of our species with this physiological asset and I never argue with Mother Nature. She’s been around way longer than me and probably knows best. I realize that Mr. Obama and his pro-gay agenda friends were both titillated and terrified of our soldiers but that was their personal problem. Good riddance to bad rubbish.
With Thanksgiving over we pass into the season of gift exchanging. I propose that all the men and women in America, whatever their ethnic background may be, exchange appreciation and respect for what each gender has to contribute to our country, our towns and our families. If you are a wife and mother, be proud of that. If you are a husband and father, be proud of that too and don’t be afraid to do what is best for your small sons and daughters.
Let us all give moral and political support to our President Elect and our military leaders. We may need them in the days to come. We have been gifted with one of the wealthiest, best pieces of land on earth. Let us be humbly thankful and in this holiday season, give her our love and respect in return.
